2015年11月17日上午11:00，十大正规赌网站(中国)有限公司青年科协联合院研究生会举办的青年学术沙龙第139场在特冶楼204学术活动室顺利进行，本次学术沙龙的主讲人为来自昆士兰大学的邹进教授，邀请人为十大正规赌网站经理梁叔全教授。

报告会由梁叔全经理主持，有包括齐卫宏教授、张鸿教授、吴壮志讲师等在内的老师和数十名研究生到场参加，报告会的题目为“催化剂对外延III-V族半导体纳米线生长的影响”。

邹进教授首先介绍了其课题组目前主要的研究方向，包括利用电镜等设备对III-V族半导体纳米线的制备方面的研究。接下来邹教授简短的讲述了当今制备纳米线的两种主要方法—化学气相沉积法（CVD）和分子束外延法（MBE），重点展示了自己利用MBE法生长III-V族纳米线的研究成果，并详细讲解了催化剂对外延III（Ga、In）—V（As、P）族半导体纳米线生长的影响。报告具体内容包括催化剂对纳米线结构特征和生长方向的影响以及对制备的III-V族半导体纳米线的SEM、TEM、STEM、EDS结果进行分析等。最后邹进教授总结了自己过去十年内针对催化剂对外延生长纳米线的影响所得出的一些研究成果，并与在场师生进行了热情的交流，分享了自己在纳米线制备技术方面的一些经验和想法。

报告人简介：

        Professor Jin Zou is currently the Chair of Nanoscience in the University of Queensland, he gained his BSc (1982) and MEng (1985) from the University of Science and Technology, Beijing. Under supervision by Professor K H Kuo and F. H. Li (both were academia of Chinese Academy of Sciences), he entered the field of electron microscopy. From 1985, Professor Zou helped to establish the Beijing Laboratory of Electron Microscopy. In 1989, Professor Zou went to Sydney University to earn his PhD under the supervision of Professor D. J. H. Cockayne (a world leader in electron microscopy and was a FRS fellow). He gained a PhD with Materials Physics Major in 1993 from Sydney University and worked there for 10 years with various prestigious fellowships, including an Australian Government1s Queen Elizabeth fellowship. In the second half of 2003, Professor Zou moved to the University of Queensland and continued his research is the field of semiconductor nanostructures. In 2009, he has been awarded an Australian Government1s Future Fellowship. Over the years, Professor Zou has published over 540 SCI journal papers with citations over 11,500, leading to an H-index of 52.
